3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all submitted content does not infringe on intellectual property rights

  • Reviewing and approving final deliverables in a timely manner

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All services must be paid in full before work begins. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once work has commenced.

In the event of dissatisfaction, clients are encouraged to contact us within 7 days of project delivery for revision consideration.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content created by Sail Away Ecommerce remains the property of the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sail Away Ecommerce is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific results on Amazon, as performance is influenced by multiple external factors beyond our control.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any project or relationship if a client violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or fails to provide necessary information.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is the client’s responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
